Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your online voucher(s) must be unused and subject to the same conditions as when you received it.
Several types of online voucher(s) are exempt from being returned. In certain cases, online voucher(s) which have been sold at special discounts / promotional rates, and/or online voucher(s) for perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your online voucher(s) purchase back to the end retailer (e.g. Amazon).
This Refund and Returns Policy is subject to amendment by us from time to time without prior notice. This Refund and Returns Policy, and any refund or exchange, are governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Once your online voucher(s) return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your online voucher(s) and may cancel your online voucher(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (approximately 10 working days). You shall solely and wholly bear any transfer fees incurred in making such cash refund, which we may set-off against or deduct from the sum that is to be refunded to you (as the purchaser).
A refund request may only be made by you as the purchase, and the Company will not make any refund to any third party (including a recipient or holder).
A refund will only be made if the relevant online voucher(s) has not been redeemed and has not been disclosed or transferred to any third party (including a recipient or holder).
Upon making a refund request, the online voucher(s) in question will be suspended and may not be used while such refund request is being processed. In the event that the online voucher(s) is somehow redeemed during the period of processing of a refund request, the refund request will be deemed to have been withdrawn.
For the avoidance of doubt, the sum to be refunded for each online voucher is the actual purchase price of such online voucher, less any administrative and transactions costs to process the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced gift cards may be refunded. Online voucher(s) which have been sold at special discounts / promotional rates, and/or gift cards for perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
We only replace online voucher(s) if they are defective or damaged.
Any holder of a gift card may exchange such online voucher for another online voucher, provided that: (i) we complete our verification checks; (ii) such online voucher is still capable of redemption (e.g. has not expired or been utilized); and (iii) the holder must agree to our Terms of Service and our other policies.
We may decline any gift card exchange in its sole and absolute discretion, without having to give any reason for such refusal whatsoever, and any exchange approved may be less any reasonable sum deducted as administrative and transaction costs to process such exchange.
The gift card may be exchanged only through us, by such means as set by us from time to time.
Marked as Gifts
If the online voucher was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a online voucher credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a replacement online voucher will be sent to you.
If the online voucher wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, for vouchers or gift cards with a physical form (if any), you should mail the product only to the address provided us at [email protected] and only when we have replied you in writing to confirm.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
